Vila Apartment is a studio penthouse with private terrace located on the fourth floor of a modernist building with elevator.

The apartment offers 40 sqm plus a private sunny terrace of 20 sqm with lovely views of the south side of Barcelona (true luxury in the heart of Barcelona). The studio has an unique space but the double bed is partially separated from the rest. The kitchen and living area share the main space of the apartment, where you can relax watching TV or listening to some music.

Kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or to have a snack. The bathroom is new and modern in look also, and it comes with shower.

The terrace is equipped with chairs and a table so you can have a meal and enjoy and relax at any time al fresco, a truly wonderful feature of this apartment.

Location

The apartment is located few meters from Paral•lel Avenue, one of the liveliest streets of Barcelona because it congregates loads of theatres as well as coffee shops and popular restaurants. The Avenue extends from the central Plaza Espanya down to World Trade Center, beside the Mirador Colon, at the end of Las Ramblas, so this famous street is only at five minutes walking from the apartment! Also you can go to Port Vell and all the neighbourhoods of Ciutat Vella (Gótico, Raval and Barceloneta).

The surrounding area has great communications by public transport. The nearest metro station is Paral•lel, located 50 meters away, from where you can get any tourist attraction in less than 10 minutes trip, and from you can get the famous “funicular de Montjuïc”, the best way to get Montjuïc mountain since 1928.

In addition, because of the location, this Barcelona apartment is ideal for work stays associated with Barcelona’s Trade Fair (La Fira de Barcelona) and Conference Centre, just 20 minutes walking or 2 metro stations from the apartment.
