This cozy little studio flat is situated on the second floor (no lift) in a recently renovated building very close to the beach of La Barceloneta.

The apartment is charming yet comfortable, decorated with great taste and painted in a calm blue colour whereas in some areas you can see the original brick walls.

It is composed by a unique space separated into a spacious kitchen and dining area, all equipped with air- conditioning, TV, DVD player, microwave and washing machine; the sofa bed gives accommodation to one extra person.

The sleeping area, separated by a wooden screen, has a double bed and lots of natural sun light coming in from the balcony door.

The appartment is situated in the Barceloneta, only 150 metres away from the beach, near the Hotel Arts, Casino of Barcelona, and the best choice in Barcelona’s nightlife clubs and disco, such as Oppium and Shoko.

The beach side walk allows you to enjoy an early job, bike ride or just sightseeing the sculptures left by the Olimpyc Games of ’92.

Nearby the apartment there are plenty of traditional seafood restaurants, small bars and the famous food market of La Barceloneta offering every day fresh food and one of Barcelona’s best seafood restaurants with Michelin’star chef Àngel Pascual.

The beautiful walk that stretches all along the seaside allows you to reach the beaches of Bogatell, Mar Bella or la Barceloneta very easily and also by walk you can find the Colon Statue at the bottom of La Rambla at about 20 minutes away. The metro L4, yellow line drops you in the city center right in Passeig de Gracia, icon of Barcelona.
