The apartment even if composed only by one bedroom is very spacious and luminous, has a comfortable double-bed and a small balcony overlooking to a narrow and calm street.

The ample living room and hall is very cosy and composed of a modern and equipped kitchen complete with all utensils necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay while enjoyining to the fullest your vacations.

Location

The apartment is located just off the Gothic Cathedral of Barcelona, in a little and quiet street near Portal de l’Àngel, one of the most importa shopping and exclusive areas of Barcelona that joins the Catedral with Plaza Catalunya.

The apartment is also located 5 minutes walking from the famous Las Ramblas and from one of the most precious areas of Barcelona: Passeig de Gràcia, considered by many the Champs Elysees of the city. This is one of the most exclusive avenues of Barcelona; it starts at Plaza Catalunya and cross the Example neighbourhood. This area is considerate the birthplace of modernism par excellence and by many recognized as a big outdoors museum, where one can find most famous set of modernist buildings -Casa Batlló and Pedrera by Antoni Gaudí- as well as not so famous buildings amazingly decorated with modernist glass mosaics, sculptures and woodwork.

The nearest metro station is Jaume I (L4 – Yellow Line), 100 meters away, althought Plaza Catalunya is also very close (L1 and L3 – Red and Green Line), from where you have easy access to all of the cities most popular tourist attraction (max. 10-15 minutes journeys).
