The Marquet III beach apartment is located on the top floor of a new building with an elevator in the heart of the charming neighbourhood of Poblenou. The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Barcelona’s best beaches and 10 minutes by public transport to the Old Town. It has been tastefully decorated to make you feel like at home. All the rooms have plenty of natural light, so the apartment has a bright and agreeable feeling.
This Barcelona apartment has one master bedroom with a queen-size bed facing a calm and quite interior courtyard. The living area is very spacious and sunny, and the large windows give the apartment a very special bright and airy feel. The living area, also, has a comfortable double sofa bed that provides additional accommodation for 2 people, meaning that this apartment offers accommodation for up to 4 people in Barcelona.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for self catering, with a microwave, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and an oven; everything you need to prepare a meal. The bathroom is large and modern and comes with a large shower.
Finally, the apartment has a wonderful rooftop terrace for use by its guests; this includes a small but lovely sun deck. This is the perfect place to unwind during your vacation in Barcelona out in the open air relaxing on a sun lounger with a cold drink and enjoying the sunny climate of Barcelona.
Apart from the above this apartment also features a free WiFi connection and car park nearby (which it is necessary to reserve beforehand at a cost of 15€ per day)

Poblenou is a charming and residential area, calm but full of life. Near the apartment, you can find all kinds of amenities including shops, restaurants and the local market. It is possible to park in the street for free - there is not many areas in Barcelona where you can do so.
The nearest metro station is Poblenou (L4 – yellow line), which is only 350 metres away from the apartment. The metro offers fast and direct access to the centre of Barcelona, the key tourist attractions of the centre can be reached in just 10 minutes.
This area is ideal for cycling: in a pleasant 10 minutes ride you can reach the Port Olímpic, the Fòrum or the Ciutadella Park. In just 15 minutes you can reach the Barceloneta beach or the city centre.
The apartment is also an excellent choice for those visiting Barcelona on business, as it is very close to the business areas of 22@ and CCIB - Barcelona International Convention Centre.

The apartment was spacious with lots of windows and light. It ws a comfortable space to hang out in and access to the roof terrace, which was very private, was an added bonus. Also there are lots of amenities close by.

location, colors, high floor, very quiet, sun roof deck (except it needs a better way for shadow, the parasol wasn't very stable), washing machine.

The location was excellent, really lovely apartment and the terrace was excellent. the guy Sergio who checked us in was great. Have already booked again.
there were a few things missing, especially in the kitchen - a kettle, kitchen towels and some cooking utensils. Lighting not great in the bedroom.
