The Vila apartment in Barcelona is a studio penthouse with a private terrace located on the fourth floor of an art nouveau building with an elevator.
The size of the apartment is 40 sqm, plus a sunny private terrace of 20 sqm with lovely views of the south side of Barcelona. This studio apartment in Barcelona has one central living space within which the double bed is partially separated. The kitchen and living area share the main space of the apartment, where you can relax watching TV or listening to some music.
The kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped for self catering with everything you might need to prepare a meal. The bathroom is new and modern in look also, and comes with a shower.
The terrace is equipped with chairs and a table so you can have a meal and enjoy and relax at any time al fresco, a truly wonderful feature of this apartment.

Also you can easily walk to the Port Vell and all the neighbourhoods of Ciutat Vella (Gótico, Raval and Barceloneta).
This area has great public transport. The nearest metro station is Paral•lel, located just 50 meters away, from where you can get any tourist attraction in less than 10 minutes trip, and from you can get the famous “funicular de Montjuïc", the quickest and easiest way to ascend Montjuïc mountain.
In addition, because of the location, this Barcelona apartment is ideal for business trips connected to Barcelona’s Trade Fair (La Fira de Barcelona) and Conference Centre, just 20 minutes walk or 2 metro stops from the apartment.

The terrace was lovely + spacious, with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. This made it very relaxing. The location was also very good - within walking distance to most places - for example Rambla and Barceloneta.
The apartment could do with a little make-over done on it. 2 of the blinds have seen better.

The layout, the terrace, the air conditioning and the location in Barcelona.
Three things to improve:
the table top full of holes,
the odd glass service and
the inclined towel rail under the washbasin, which dropped the towels.
