The Sant Antoni 5 apartment in Barcelona is located on the first floor of a classic Barcelona Eixample building with an elevator. The apartment was recently renovated in a modern but eclectic style, with an attractive modern parquet wooden floor thorughout the apartment creating a sense of continuity and space, and conserving original features such as wooden doors and door frames, and the wooden beams in the ceiling.

This apartment has high ceilings and has two bedrooms as well as a double sofa bed in the living room, in total it sleeps up to 6 people. A balcony with attractive original art nouveau ironwork runs across the front of the apartment, this connects the main double bedroom and the living / dining room, both rooms have lovely double french doors with shutters that open onto the balcony, the perfect way to allow a gentle breeze on a warm summer’s evening. Should you need it in addition, there is air conditioning, and heating for the winter, which is mild in Barcelona.

The living and dining room are open plan, though the living area has a slightly separate space, with attractive wooden beams and an L-shaped sofa bed. For your recreation there is a flat screen TV and a DVD player (plus free Wi-Fi connection). The dining table is in front of the french doors which open to the balcony, so you can enjoy a meal with fresh air coming in.

As well as the main double bedroom there is a second bedroon also with a double bed, and a further single bed.

The kitchen is separate from the living room and comes with absolutely everything you need for self catering barring the food itself, which you can buy in a fantastic Catalan food market nearby (Mercat Sant Antoni) where you can purchase unbeatable fresh vegetables, meat and fish at very affordable prices. There are many other shops and supermarkets nearby too.

Lastly the apartment offers one bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
