El Born 2 bedroom apartment in Barcelona in the hip El Born district

The El Born is a luxury Barcelona apartment, a recently refurbished loft in the heart of the Old City in the trendy area of El Born. It has been renovated in a modern style with modern furniture and minimalist touches, retaining its wooden beams and floors, giving the apartment a very fashionable feel.

The apartment has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom is very spacious (25 sqm) and has a queen size double bed. The en-suite bathroom has an open plan bathroom with jacuzzi style jets and a wonderful restored marble sink. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a seperate toilet outside of the bedrooms.

The living room is spacious with delightful original catalan mosaic floors. Here you can relax watching TV, a DVD, or by listening to some music. The living room comes with two comfortable sofas that can be converted into two single beds and allow the apartment to provide accommodation up to six people.

Next to the living room is the dining area with a large table and chairs for 6 people, and a modern fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need for a self catering holiday.

This vacation rental is located on the fourth floor of a nice building. Though the building has no elevator it is well worth using the stairs to enjoy this luxury loft apartment.
