The Universitat Ramblas AT attic is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment with a superb terrace in the very heart of Barcelona, next to Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and Rambla Catalunya.

This is a beautiful apartment designed for Mediterranean indoor / outdoor living with a large terrace with sun loungers and a shaded dining area next to the main living area and connected with double sliding doors. Its light and modern interior design reflects the high standards of design which Barcelona is famous for, and is decorated in a delightful palette of white and warm greys combined with lots of light grey wood. This apartment has only just been completely renovated so everything within is completely brand new. The architects have preserved the original beams and rustic tile ceiling which makes an attractive contrast with the modern interior. On the floor is an attractive light grey parquet which is laid throughout the whole apartment.

The main living space features a large modern L-shape sofa, coffee table, armchair and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. There is also a free Wi-Fi connection. The sofa can be folded out into a comfy and well sized double sofa bed, so with the two double bedrooms the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.

Thanks to sliding double doors and a set of windows behind the seating area, the living room receives lots of light. The kitchen is part of the same main central space though is also separated by the position of the kitchen counter which divides the two spaces. So the kitchen also receives plenty of light. This is a beautiful modern kitchen made of the same wood as the floor and with a chrome fridge / freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. The apartment is also equipped with an ironing board and hair dryer.

The first dining table is in a separate area of the main living area indoors, it features an attractive modern dining table and four chairs, with 2 more folding chairs available.

You can eat here with the sliding doors open or better still you can eat in a wonderful outdoor eating area on this apartments incredible terrace, with attractive wooden outdoor furniture and a sun shade overhead so you can eat in comfort. The terrace is very spacious and also features a sun bathing area with loungers, a hose and a several plants. You might not want to leave the house!

Another set of sliding doors open from the terrace onto the apartments main bedroom were you can sleep with the doors open and enjoy the night air. This room features its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a double bed decorated with beautiful pillows, cushions and bedspread. The other bedroom sleeps up to 4 people and is divided into two spaces by a large wardrobe and storage unit. On one side is are two single beds and on the other is a sofa bed. So the room is also extra comfy for two people.

Last but not least there is an attractively fitted bathroom with a shower, sink and loo, as well as the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom.
