The Universitat Ramblas III Apartmentis a large, luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms in the very heart of Barcelona, next to Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya and Rambla Catalunya. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is perfect for families or large groups of friends.

The Universitat Ramblas III Apartment is a beautiful apartment. The interior is light, open and modern with a high standard of decoration, fixtures and fittings and a level of interior design reflecting the high standards of design which Barcelona is famous for. The palette of white and warm greys combined with mid-tone wood adds to the light and spacious feel of the apartment. There is an attractive beech wood parquet running throughout the whole apartment.

This apartment was completely renovated recently so everything in it is brand new.

The main living space is large and features a modern L-shape sofa and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The sofa can be folded out into a comfy and well sized double sofa bed. A pair of French doors open onto a small balcony, so the living room benefits from plenty of light natural light and fresh air. There is an air conditioning unit above the sofa, perfect for the summer heat in Barcelona. This also works as a heater for the few cold winter days in Barcelona.

The kitchen is separate from the living room though there are no doors, creating an agreeable light and open space. The units are made of an attractive wood finish, with all the kitchen fixtures and fittings incorporated within.This kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There is also an ironing board and hair dryer in the apartment. The dining area is within the kitchen and features an attractive modern dining table and four chairs, with more folding chairs available.

There are three double bedrooms in the Universitat Ramblas III Apartment. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and an en-suite gallery area. The latter features an armchair with a coffee table, perfect for relaxing with a book or doing some work on your laptop. There is a free Wi-Fi connection. In effect the master bedroom is almost a mini apartment on its own, our guests are sure to fight over who sleeps there!

The next bedroom is ideal for children as it has a set of bunk beds. There is also a very good sized wardrobe and as a small desk. The third bedroom has twin beds. If you are travelling with a baby a cot can be provided upon request.

Last but not least there is a bathroom fitted with a shower, sink and loo, as well as the en-suite in the master bedroom.
