The Ausiàs March apartment is located on the first floor of a classic Eixample building. Recently it was completely refurbished, preserving original elements such as the four meter high ceilings, wooden doors and parquet floors - giving the typical Art Nouveau house atmosphere, and a great feeling of warmth. It has been decorated in a modern and stylish way so that you will feel at home from the moment you walk in. The apartment building has an elevator.

The kitchen is completely equipped for all your self catering needs and is close to a spacious, luminous and comfortable living with a large sofa and a chaise-longue ideal for relaxing after a day’s sightseeing. This sofa turns into a double bed and allows the apartment to provide accommodation up to six people. This apartment has a small indoor patio which is useful for drying laundry.
