The Rossello apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building in the Sagrada Familia area of the Eixample in Barcelona, only 100 metres from Gaudi’s most famous work - the Sagrada Familia. The building housing the apartment is typical of this neighbourhood and has a lift.
This apartment in Barcelona was completely refurbished in 2007 and has two bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom with bunk beds for three (a single over a double bed).
The living room is quiet, calm and spacious, it receives plenty of natural light and faces the large, open interior space of the apartment block (a typical design feature of the Eixample area). There is a comfortable double sofa bed that provides additional accommodation, meaning that the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.
This self catering apartment comes with an independent modern fully-equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom with a large shower unit as well as a separate WC next to the living room.

La zona y muy buena comunicación
Poco equipado, lavadora perdía agua, pocos utensilios de cocina, no habían trapos de cocina, y la pica del baño lo mojaba todo.
Lo peor que la televisión hacia un ruido todo el rato muy molesto ( un pitido )

Good location. Good amount of space, clean, tidy.
Rooms were very dark, not much natural light.
A little bit noisy at night with noise coming in from other apartments. The windows in the room didn't close properly and than might improve the problem.
It would have been useful to have more bin bags, washing up soap and sponge for the kitchen and soap in both bathrooms.
I couldn't get the oven to work and the DVD player did not work.

I liked the fact that we were in a selfcontained quiet apartment in a great location for sight seeing and the Sagrada Familia. Very clean + tidy apartment. Welcome was very helpful and the gentleman gave us a lot of tips about what to do and where to eat. Very helpful for a short stay.
We hoped to be able to leave our bags for a few extra hours and the gentleman who welcomed us said this may be possible but we found it very difficult to contact the office for confirmation. Apart from this we had a fantastic stay and would recommend.
