Marquet G Beach apartment is located on the ground floor of a small new building located in the heart of the picturesque neighbourhood of Poblenou, just 5 minutes walk from Barcelona’s beaches.
This is a brand new two bedroom split level vacation rental apartment, tastefully decorated to make you feel at home. On the lower level is the lounge-dining room equipped with TV and DVD, an extending table suitable for up to 6 people, a comfortable sofa and an independent double sofa bed that allows the apartment to provide accommodation for a maximum of 5 people.
The kitchen is modern and comes fully equipped for self catering holidays, with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee and tea maker and a toaster. There is a table with two chairs where guests can have breakfast or a drink while preparing a snack or meal. The kitchen has an exit to a small outdoor patio where the washing machine is located.
Both bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is a wide and airy room facing a calm inner courtyard and has a double bed as well as a large wardrobe for al your belongings. The second bedroom has a single bed.
This Barcelona beach apartment has a new bathroom with a shower unit and all rooms in the apartment have air conditioning and wireless internet connection.
Apart from the above this apartment also features car park nearby (which it is necessary to reserve beforehand at a cost of 15€ per day)
