The Taulat beach apartment is located in a historical building dating from 1860 that was recently renovated. It is in the old district of Poblenou in Barcelona.
As is typical of many buildings in this district, this Barcelona beach apartment has its own entrance from a quiet side street. This allows easy access for guests carrying lots of luggage or babies and pushchairs. At the same time this makes the property independent from the rest of the apartments in the building
This apartment has two double bedrooms. The decor of the apartment reflects the industrial and fishing past of the area, combined with modern simplicity. The master bedroom has an en suite with a bath and shower. The apartment is also equipped with a seperate bathroom with an independent shower, so the apartment offers ideal accommodation for two couples or a small family up to 4 people.
The apartment is fully equipped for self catering - the ample modern kitchen joins onto the the living room. This has all the equipment and utensils necessary: microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, juicer, etc. It also has a small terrace to enjoy the warm weather on.
Lastly, the apartment comes fully equipped with WiFi, air-conditioning, TV and DVD player.

However, the best way to discover this distric is the use of bikes, a very popular means of transport in Barcelona. Within 10 minutes you can reach the Olympic Port or the Parc del Forum, while in 15 minutes you can get to the Barceloneta and the city center.

Nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen.
Tv and DVD player did not work which was one of the main reasons we wanted an apartment.

Comfort, location, very nice apartment.
the sitting room air conditioning machine didn't work but that wasn't really a problem as we were out most of the day.
