The Duran 11 apartment in Barcelona iis in the heart of the old town in the historic and atmospheric gothic quarter. It is within easy walking distance of Las Ramblas. Furthermore there is a roof deck with a pool with magnificent views across the old town.

The apartment has two bedrooms, both of which are very comfortable and fully prepared to help you relax and enjoy your stay. One has a queen size bed and one has twin beds.

A new kitchen opens onto the living / dining room. This area has two small balconies, one looks onto Duran i Bas Street and the other to the spacious inner courtyard of the building. There is one bathroom.

The apartment features some classical touches in some furniture pieces, and has been very tastefully decorated. There is a double sofa bed in the living area, so the apartment offers accommodation up to six people. Because this apartment is very comfy and well located it is a lso a very popular apartment for long term stays in Barcelona.
