This vacation rental has been completely renovated and practically decorated in a modern style. It has two double bedrooms - one of them with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds which can be separated or put together depending on your needs. Both rooms are spacious with wardrobes and views onto the street. The master bedroom of this two bedroom apartment has an en suite bathroom. The apartment also has a seperate second bathroom with a shower, perfect for guests sleeping in the second room.
In the central area of this apartment is the living and dining room, as well as a modern office kitchen equipped with a vitroceramic cook top, dishwasher, oven, microwave and everything to make you feel at home. In the living room there is a table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player, and free internet wireless connection to be used anywhere in the apartment.

The Floridablanca apartment is located in the popular neighbourhood of Sant Antoni in the center of Barcelona, 2 minutes walking from Plaza Universitat and just 7 minutes walking from Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya, as well as 10-15 minutes to any other area of the Ciutat Vella district, including the Gothic district, El Raval, Port Vell and El Born.

The apartment is fully equip with all the necessary things as if we are at our own house. We feel complete at home even though is a holiday on different country. Location is absolutely convenient to any or everywhere we want to go.
I like it as it is. On a warm day, it will be quite difficult to sleep at night when air-conditioning has to be turn off at midnight, having a cooler fan maybe ideal

The decoration, the comfort (good bedding, two bathrooms), the rather complete equipment, the location.
More than chaines 80 on the television, but regrettably nobody French.
