The delightful Poblenou 11 Beach apartment is found just 5 minutes walk from Barcelona’s beaches on the first floor of a building in the Poblenou district of Barcelona.

The Poblenou Beach building was only recently completed, and thus comes as brand new, and with a lift. The district of Poblenou is close to the Barcelona CCIB convention centre and also to the 22@ technology district. The city centre is easily accessible, Poblenou is an easy ten minutes by metro from the historic city centre of Barcelona. So it is fair to say that this apartment is just as well suited to business stays in Barcelona as it is to the beach, tourism and recreation.

Because the Poblenou Beach building was recently completed in the summer of 2009, this Barcelona beach apartment is totally new throughout its interior, with stylish and practical decor. The colour scheme features a splash of colour, giving the apartment lots of personality. All rooms receive plenty of natural light due to their large windows and a separate balcony; this create a pleasant sense of space and light throughout.

The sleeping arrangement in this apartment consists of a spacious and well naturally lit double bedroom featuring ample wardrobe space, as well as a balcony overlooking the vibrant Poblenou district.

In the kitchen there is a double sofa bed, so that in total this apartment offers accommodation for up to 4 people in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and is connected to the living / dining room, creating a generously sized modern open plan living space. The apartment has one bathroom which is modern and spacious and features a walk in shower.

As well as these details above, this apartment boasts a free Wi-Fi connection, parking space in the Poblenou Beach communal car park (though it is necessary to reserve this beforehand, and it costs 15€ per day), and a fantastic roof terrace on top of the building with sea views, the perfect place to relax with a cold drink after a long day’s sightseeing or business.
